1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Acuityio (available at acuityio.online and through its APIs), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Description of Service

Acuityio provides an automated, multi-model fact-checking and claim verification platform via web interfaces and HTTP APIs. Acuityio does not guarantee that any verification verdict will be 100% free of error and should not be construed as formal legal, medical, or financial advice.

3. API Usage & Quotas

Usage of the /extract, /assess, /verify, and /ask endpoints is subject to the rate limits and monthly quotas associated with your subscription tier. Exceeding monthly limits returns HTTP status code 402 until upgraded.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the text and documents you submit to Acuityio. We do not use your private API submissions to train third-party public language models without your express authorization.
